Day 1 Prayers - (12 days F&P)
1. Letting the weight off
There are somethings that should not follow us into the new year. They are weights in this our journey. They are the traumas and pains of the past. They are relationships like the lot in Abrahams life.
Hebrews 12:1 Wherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us
Psalm 139:23-24 Search me, O God, and know my heart: try me, and know my thoughts: 24 And see if there be any wicked way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting
2. Father prepare us for seasons and opportunities ahead of us.
Every season comes with big opportunities for those that are prepared for it.
Ecclesiastes 3:1 For everything there is a season, and a time for every matter under heaven
3. Father, open every door of opportunities my way in 2026
Isaiah 22:22 And the key of the house of David will I lay upon his shoulder; so he shall open, and none shall shut; and he shall shut, and none shall open
4. Father, as i come into 2026, Make all things new and let me enjoy new experiences of your goodness
Behold i make all thing s new
Revelation 21:5 And he that sat upon the throne said, Behold, I make all things new. And he said unto me, Write: for these words are true and faithful
5. Doing the same-thing in a different way - CREATIVITY
Exodus 35:31-32 And he has filled him with the Spirit of God, with skill, with intelligence, with knowledge, and with all craftsmanship, to devise artistic designs, to work in gold and silver and bronze,
6. Doing differently from what you’ve always done -INVENTION
Isaiah 43:18-19 “Forget the former things; do not dwell on the past. 19 See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it? I am making a way in the wilderness and streams in the wasteland.
7. Doing the same thing continuously until the result is achieve (going for perfection) - DILIGENCE
Proverbs 22:29 Do you see a man skillful in his work? He will stand before kings; he will not stand before obscure men.
